May Madness Is Here: You’ve Got This

May madness is here—and the overwhelm is real. This is your midweek reminder: you’ve got this. One step at a time. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset.

May Madness Is Here: You’ve Got This

May madness is here—especially for moms, teachers, and students. And Wise Women are feeling it. I’m right there with you.

The exhaustion. The monotony. The overwhelm.

This is your midweek reminder:

You’ve got this.

We’ve got this.

One step at a time. One task at a time. One "No" at a time.

Don’t let your self-care fall to the wayside. This is when it feels hardest—and when it matters most. It’s what makes everything feel more manageable.

Make space for moments to:
move,
create,
rest,
breathe.

We will get through the madness of May—together.

Keeping it short so you remember: making space can be as simple as taking one minute for yourself.

Enjoy an endurance playlist and an affirmation empowerment practice with download.

Experiencing concepts through our hands, senses, and emotions allows us to go beyond simply understanding the ideas in our minds—it integrates the learning deep into our bodies. An experiential provides a kind of “knowing” that isn’t just intellectual; instead, it’s a “knowing” that becomes integrated into our whole selves. This is an "experiential."

Take A 2-Minute Breather

Step 1: When you feel overwhelmed by your to-do list, pause.
Step 2: Pick a random song from the WW Playlist and press play. (No overcomplicating—your brain is tired. First song you see.)
Step 3: Color the image while holding your affirmation in mind.
Step 4: Return to the task at hand.
Step 5: Repeat as often as needed.

Take exceptional care of yourself!
